The Feedback Form allows the user to contact you directly from your web page, without having to use another application, such as their e-mail program.

A simple but useful tool, the Feedback Form makes it more convenient for the visitor to your site, and reduces the chance of them sending to the wrong address. This form usually will be designed as a part of your 'Contact' page.

A simple example of a Feedback Form might look simular to the following:

Now the user simply fills in the information and their message and clicks the Send button, and the message is sent directly to the correct mailbox of the department selected. Then you simply reply to it as any other e-mail.
